School classes are welcome to visit the Museum from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 17.00.
Our Permanent Collections
Our archaeological, historical and ethnographic collections permit encounters with original objects from five continents, from the Stone Age to the present day. The wide range of exhibits permits schools of all grades to use the Museum both as a resource relating to a specific subject and in an interdisciplinary perspective as an extra-curricula place of learning.
Railaway for schools
School classes can visit the Historisches Museum in Bern on even more favourable terms thanks to Railaway, which offers attractive reductions on train fares and extra benefits.
